MIL-HDBK-1530 Aircraft Structural Integrity Program, General Guidelines for S/S by MIL-STD-1530This handbook contains general guidelines for the U.S. Air Force Aircraft Structural Integrity Program ASIP. These guidelines describe the processes proven successful in the achievement of structural integrity in USAF air vehicles while the cost of ownership is minimized; and cost and schedule risks managed through a series of disciplined, time-phased tasks. This handbook is for guidance only. This handbook cannot be cited as a requirement. If it is, the contractor does not have to comply.
